Flexographic printing is the industry standard for high-quality label production, offering superior print quality, cost-effectiveness for medium to high volume runs, and exceptional versatility in materials and finishes.
From simple single-color designs to complex multi-color artwork with specialty finishes, our flexographic printing process delivers consistent, high-quality results that meet the demanding requirements of today's competitive marketplace.
We attach a flexible printing plate (like a stamp) onto double-sided tape on a rotary print cylinder, one per colour. The plate spins in the press, coming in contact with an anilox roller which transfers ink to the plate. The plate then comes in contact with the material immediately afterwards and prints the image, and then spins back around to the anilox again.
With some exceptions, after printing a laminate or varnish is applied for protection, followed by diecutting and waste removal.
The roll of material then comes off the press and is taken to a rewinder machine where they're slit down (if needed) and rewound into the customer-specified roll sizes.
Up to 10 colors in a single pass, including spot colors, process colors, specialty inks, and varnishes for maximum design flexibility and brand consistency.
Wide format printing capability allowing for larger labels, multiple labels across the web, or higher production efficiency for standard sizes.
Varnishes and laminates enhance durability, appearance, and tactile feel of your labels.
Precision die cutting for any shape or size, from simple rectangles to complex custom shapes that perfectly fit your product packaging. Perforations and/or slits can be added if needed.
